Manager Of Risk Management Department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and advice to related departments for risk issues;
- Planning for risk reduction;
- Do the risk assessment for every project or new business;
- Fraud/Incident investigation;
- Working with authorities to handle fraud cases;
- Managing and reviewing Company’s policies/regulations…;
- Organizing monthly risk management/compliance committee;
- Preparing reports to Head Quarter;
- Providing legal advice, legal assistance for Divisions/Departments;
- Supervising and overseeing the review, negotiation and drafting of contracts, documents as the requirement by Departments;
- Updating new provision/law that effect to Company’s policies and operation;
- Ensure Company complies with Laws and Regulations;
- Update the changing of Company’s licenses;
- Preparing the reports to authorities;
- Handling the court proceedings as Company’s representation;
- Working with legal firms if necessary;
- Handling incidents and complaints;
- Reviewing and monitoring data protection;
- Monitoring and complying the policy of Money Laundry, Anti Social Forces;
- Managing whistle blowing report;
- Preparing the training programs and monitoring all training activities;
- Planning, monitoring and reviewing for Business Continuity Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, Crisis Management Plan.
- Willing to travel for the job to support all branch

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Lawyer;
- At least 05 years in Risk Management field;
- At least 05 years at Manager level.
- English is required (4 skills)
- Able to speak Japanese is plus

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Good knowledge of civil law, commercial law, labor law…;
- Good knowledge of risk management;
- Communication skill;
- Logical thinking;
- Problem solving;
- Leadership;
- Training skill.
