Mô tả công việc

The Manager, O2O Sales has the responsibility of driving sale team and achieving the sales target for O2O channel.

Target Achievement:
• Drive sales and achieve targets through the online leads assigned and extended prospects

Sales Support:
• Support Sales Managers, O2O Sales in managing the leads assignment and daily activities of MFSCs effectively.

Relationship Management:
• Work closely with Banca Support and DTC teams in order to maximize the online leads to closed cases
• Ensure that all service requirements are met for the sale team.

Process & System :
• Responsible for defining the channel related processes in discussion with various departments
• Documentation, compliance and audit
• Ensure adherence to various service related matrices agreed with partners across product life cycle (policy issuance, customer service, claims, etc.) .

The Job:
• Lead the O2O sales team, manage planning and daily activities of SM/MFSC
• Ensure the highest conversion rate from online leads/extended prospects from online leads
• Provide training, coaching for the sales team at different levels to ensure high quality standards
• Ensure the team to provide quality of sales activities and services following company processes and requirements
• Work closely with DTC, MKT and other online lead generators
• Other tasks assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên

The Person:
• At least 3-5 years in Insurance / Banking / Finance/ DMTM and at least 3 years of management experiences.
• Diploma, Graduates / MBAs of formal education is desirable.
• Should have good computer skills (word, excel, power point, outlook)
• Must have ability to plan, organize and multitask
• Strong acumen for customer service, effective problem solving ability
• Ability to Manage Conflict, Reconcile Differences
• Strong Negotiation Skill.
• Ability to take decision effectively
• Result Orientation
• Leadership Skills
