Mô tả công việc
New Business development:
- Sustain the growth project pipeline by identifying new businesses, potentials and opportunities arising from customer including new application, expansion, investment, as well as representing in EuroCham, GBA, other external associations, etc.
- Support business unit “Go to market” by building necessary internal and external networks together with strategic partners (authority, distributor, applicator, institute, application lab, etc.)
- Support the leverage of customer intimacy and key account collaboration by organizing cross – BU synergy activities and value-chain approach to our existing and new Top customers, in order to identifying Short / Long-term business plans.
- Support and facilitate necessary local business excellence initiatives to increase our success rate and faster realization of business unit project pipeline by participating in customer events, analyzing potential projects, updating to business unit for prioritizing time and resources to meet desired results.
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term business relationships with respective accounts and across industry value chain and stakeholders to promote brand value and identify new opportunities.
- Scope define and secure new business opportunities by leveraging market knowledge and contacts in association with Business and Industry Managers.
- Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer market and competitor data.
Others:
- Coordinate activities in strategic project development such as channel management and stakeholder engagement.
- Handle sales operations for businesses without manpower allocation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree, in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or relevant.
- Experience in business development role or Sales or Marketing.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the chemical Industry, with a broad and detailed knowledge of the Vietnam chemical market.
- Solid understanding of important business functions (esp. project management, marketing and sales).
- Knowledge of matrix organization (especially in organization/ set-up and approach/methodology in strategy development)
- Competencies required: Act with Entrepreneurial Drive, Demonstrate Customer Focus, Communicate Effectively, Drive Sustainable Solutions.
- Experience in business development role or Sales or Marketing.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the chemical Industry, with a broad and detailed knowledge of the Vietnam chemical market.
- Solid understanding of important business functions (esp. project management, marketing and sales).
- Knowledge of matrix organization (especially in organization/ set-up and approach/methodology in strategy development)
