Mô tả công việc
Strategy Development:
Develop mid-term country marketing strategy for crop protection business in Vietnam in line with Global and regional strategy, including effective life cycle management plans for strategic products and prioritized LCM projects.
Develop mid-term strategies for key brands in focused crops.
Identify new business opportunities and partners to develop BASF products/business.
Lead the update of the Vietnam 10-year market and sales forecast in AMIGA in accordance with regional timelines and provide the appropriate market information including competitor and customers trends.
Operation Responsibility:
Develop brand plans in focused crops. Coordinate closely with Sales and Technical to deliver the budget and ensure implementation.
Develop / manage marketing budget and communication plan to create demand for the key brands.
Coordinate with Technical to support sales team on the technical knowledge transfer.
Facilitate and optimize demand planning/forecasting with supply chain and sales for new products / launching.
Lead new product launch process with support of supply chain, sales, product development, technical services, and registration team.
Drive the implementation of cross functional crop teams in the country.
P&L Management:
• Prepare the budget to deliver the profitable growth expectations for the country and oversee its implementation to maximize gross profit, including pricing, effectively managing ASP (Advertising, Sales, Promotions) expense allocation and optimizing demand creation through product/customer mix analyses.
People and function management:
As a Management team member, contribute to and support the management team to drive business unit performance.
Foster a high-performance culture guided by a strong vision that focuses on channel partners and farmers.
Build, organize and develop a strong, ambitious and self-sustaining team in line with business strategy.
Plan and control the function structure and manpower requirements, headcount and budget, establish development measures and appraise the performance of the team.
Direct and prioritize the workload of team members.
Train and coach the direct reports and develop the succession planning.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree of Agriculture, Pharma or Marketing specialization.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in fields related to agriculture, pharmaceutical or nutrition industries.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Website and Social media structures, Network in Agriculture sales environment.
- Knowledge of (digital) content creation and deployment.
- Project management and project planning.
- Competencies required: Drive Innovation, Drive Sustainable Solutions, Act with Entrepreneurial Drive, Communicate Effectively.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in fields related to agriculture, pharmaceutical or nutrition industries.
- Fluent in English.
