MERCI nails, hair & cafe looks for an experienced manager.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations for about 15 staffs.
Manage employees: recruit and train employees in accordance with MERCI guidelines.
Ensure our concept and company polices are well respected.
Ensure all areas of MERCI are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
Ensure that all stock and cash items are kept safely under lock and key.
Handle customer service.
Salary negotiable according to experience and skills.
Basic + food + annual bonus + quarterly bonus

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Proven experience as manager in Spa or F&B, at least 2 years.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English, basic Korean or Japanese is a plus.
Passionate about Spa, Beauty services.
Willing to deliver the best service and experience to our guests.
Demonstrated strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential.
Customer service oriented.
Good presentation, self confident.
Perfectly welcome all guest.
Able to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English, basic Korean or Japanese is a plus.
Passionate about Spa, Beauty services.
