Mô tả công việc
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Set up project framework and manage key digital projects to develop tools for recruitment, sales, activity management and lead generation so that we can manage the activities of PA, MDRT, PAL in order to achieve the agency KPI
• Contribute new initiatives to improve productivity of agency and Exchange channels; co-ordinate with other departments at back office to manage change projects to successfully enable KPI of productivity, MDRT and PAL
• Work closely with DS to manage report and dashboard tools for all levels of AD team to supervise agency about productivity, PA, MDRT and PAL indicators
• Manage partnership projects – to build strategic partnership to [provide more leads for recruitment and sales at 2 levels: countrywide and GA level
• Propose, manage & support implementation of new recruitment initiatives – set up framework for Task Force to implement the new recruitment initiatives nationwide

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Job Requirements:
• Education – University degree, preferably MBA
• Experience – At least 7 years of experience in sales, project management, knowledge and experience in developing digital tools for sales management are a plus
• Ability to generate new initiatives and innovative approaches
• Knowledge in strategy and has good strategic thinking skills
• Knowledge and experience of salesforce, channel marketing and operational structure of agency
• Good presentation, communication, motivation and organizational skills
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with different levels within and outside the company
• Education – University degree, preferably MBA
