Mô tả công việc
We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and confident candidates for the position of Client Relationship Manager to join our Hanoi Tax Team. The ability to communicate and interact well with people is key, as the successful candidate will often engage with the management personnel of our Chinese clients.
Key responsibilities
As a member of the Tax & Legal Line of Services, you will mainly focus on:
• Building relationships with current and prospective Chinese clients
• Pro-actively identifying opportunities to provide value-added services to our Chinese clients
• Attending business development meetings and project meetings with our team, where you will interact with Chinese management personnel
• Preparing materials for and attending Chinese-speaking events
• Representing our firm at the Chinese Chamber of Commerce
• Working with our Chinese network affiliate firm to identify opportunities
• Monitoring our client portfolio and reporting to our Chinese Business Network team periodically.

• Able to learn quickly about the areas on which we advise
• Native Mandarin speaker with mastery of written Chinese
• Strong written and spoken English
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
Experience & knowledge
• Approximately 6 years of relevant work experience
• General business knowledge
• Knowledge of Chinese companies operating in Vietnam (preferred)
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, with a degree in business, economics, law, tax, or accounting preferred
