Mô tả công việc
Our team is a part of PwC’s Assurance business unit, conducting IT Audit assignments and providing IT Risk Assurance services. We are seeking candidates for the position of Manager or Senior Manager to join our IT Risk Assurance team, to be based in our Ho Chi Minh office.
The selected candidate, who will have significant IT audit, information security and enterprise resource planning (ERP) control experience, will manage our Risk Assurance services and IT audit assignments, in alignment with PwC’s global frameworks, to our clients in Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
• Provide ERP services (ERP readiness assessment, implementation roadmap, vendor selection, project management/assurance, post implementation review, business process improvement, security assessment and redesign, data analytics and VAS compliance review)
• Supervise and monitor ERP project assignments.
• Manage links between the current issues and future trends facing markets, industries and client needs.
• Identify and pursue ERP opportunities. Work actively in supporting and monitoring the business development area, and in following up proposal processing with client expectations.
• Proactively create opportunities to introduce other services for the firm.
• Make the best use of thought leadership from your network and contribute wherever possible.
• Manage a team to meet KPIs.
• Coach and mentor staff.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Experience in ERP implementation/ project management, reviewing ERP controls, providing ERP vendor selection services and ERP project management:
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience and 2 years in related roles at the same level
• Background in or knowledge of project management methodology, system development methodology and application management systems, overall relevant network and infrastructure for ERP systems.
• Experience in business processes, application support and IT service management.
• Any ERP consulting certifications (SAP, Oracle) will be beneficial.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good command of the English and Vietnamese languages.
