The Manager,HR (Recruitment) is responsible to execute recruitment strategies/activities for the assigned portfolio.
The Job:
For assigned portfolio, the job holder is responsible to
- Assist Director, Reward and Recruitment in working out recruitment plan / activities.
- Perform talent mapping
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment activities including job posting, screening, recruiting, selecting and proposing offer for right candidates
- Assist Director, Reward and Recruitment to execute recruitment activities for senior management.
- Responsible for recruitment administration such as: manage recruitment agencies, maintain recruitment database … to be in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Contribute to the employee branding activities
- Provide consultancy to business in term of sourcing talents
- Other tasks as assigned

The Person:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Have 5 years working experiences, in which 3 years in Recruitment, preferable in Insurance / Financial Services Industry
- Detail oriented and has good sense of evaluating people
- Fluent in both English & Vietnamese communication
- Independent with good interpersonal and good communication skills
- Have good interview, evaluation, negotiation skills
- Have good knowledge about Vietnam labour law and regulations, market intelligence and networking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
