Manager, HR

PEC Ltd. (the Group) is a leading provider of engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services to the oil & gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and oil & chemical terminal industries. We are looking for suitably qualified personnel to join us in the following positions:

MANAGER, HR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions (e.g. Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Training & Development).
2. Work with various Head of Departments and formulate effective recruitment strategies.
3. Involved in review of Policies, Processes and Structures.
4. Ensure that information within the HR system are kept up to date.
5. Counsel and support Line Managers in the resolution of specific HR issues.
6. Review and benchmark internal and external environment to ensure that Organization’s Policies and Procedures are competitive and up-to-date.
7. Ensuring that all HR Policies and Procedures are in line with both local regulations and company guidelines.
8. Comply with all relevant Internal Rules, Policy and Procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures Manual.
9. Liaise closely with relevant Government Authorities related to HR matters.
10. Handle employee relation issues.
11. Liaise closely with Headquarter HR Team and reporting to the HR Director.
12. Perform any duties or tasks relating to HR.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Possesses a Degree in Business Management/Human Resources or any other equivalent qualification
• Good organization and excellent communication skills
• Sound business acumen
• Possess all the right attitudes such as proactive, self-disciplined, responsible, strong team spirit and
an unquenchable desire to learn
• Candidates should be motivated, energetic and enthusiastic.
- Candidates residing in Hanoi is preferred
