Mô tả công việc
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Develop complex financial cash flow models to undertake feasibility study and/or valuation for properties throughout Vietnam and the region.
• Deliver reports, figures, conclusions and proper development recommendations.
• Perform in-depth due diligence analysis and market advisory.
• Consult with, and present to, clients on project viability.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist to develop marketing plan implement a broad cross section of business development activities.
• Actively pursue ‘Trusted Advisor’ status, lead clients in their requirements.
• Any other specific task as assigned by the Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics
- At least 4 year experience in related consultancy field or in real estate investment in large organizations.
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills;
