Report to: Head of Agency Distribution Services
RECRUITMENT:
- Establish a process to identify the GAD potential, including candidate from internal and external
- Build up the working process including interview process, interview assessment form, evaluate and recommendation
OPENING:
- Set up and operation timely and duly as Company’s plan including all key processes of GA contracting
- Work with P&S, MKT to review the GA standard to provide unique office model in market in the most economical investment
MAINTAINING:
- Manage the GA performance and build up GA performance review process with RH/ZH, agree key action plans and follow up closely with sales team on the plan to ensure a healthy performance of GA
- Review and provide the feedback to make the evaluation mechanism more effectively in supporting the business.
CLOSING;
- Build up the closing process to ensure a smoothly transition of agency and customer at particular market
Evaluate the failure and provide the learnings back to sales and team for a better selection and maintaining process to improve % profitable GA in overall

- Education: Bachelor degree
- Experience:
At least 5-7-year experience in insurance
At least 3-year experience in team management
