Manager for Technical Department

• Supporting QA and QC in their work at Unique factories around China
• Responsible for approximately 5 QC.
• Maintain and develop Unique QC systems
• Manage and educate QC and QA to a constantly high level
• Make sure QA and QC always know customer latest quality standards
• Make sure Unique always follow latest chemical and test standard per customer
• Organize quality control at Unique factories around Vietnam
• Make sure that products are developed according to customer specific demands
• Support sales department in all technical aspects
• Support factories in developing and fulfilling customer specific audit programs

• Min. 10 years of Quality Control management
• Experience in solid wood furniture is preferred
• English speaking and writing must be at a high level
• Travelling around Vietnam must be expected
• Good knowledge of how to cooperate with foreigners, advantage if experience in cooperating with Danish people
• High sense of responsibility and self-driven spirit
