Manager for Maintenance Group

For Sale & Marketing:
• Overseen day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
• Continually assess POTS marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
• Stay up-to-date on current market trends
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
• Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
• Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition

• Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value

For Contract Management:
Contract Management and Technical Support for Long Term Services Agreement (LTSA) for Turbine Generators/ Rotating Equipment between CLIENTS and Petroleum Offshore Trading & Services Company (POTS):
• Perform in the role as the interface between CLIENTS and POTS, managing the transfer of information and requests
• Responsible for adherence to the LTSA, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial metrics specific to the LTSA.
• Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the CLIENTS advised of the progress of the project, negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising.
• Support POTS to respond to CLIENTS inquiry and participate in commercial discussions with CLIENTS, assist in sales campaigns for new and extra work proposals development and contracts negotiation.
• Suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures.
• Act as primary liaison for technical questions between CLIENTS and POTS.
• Coordinate the technical communication between CLENTS engineering staff and POTS contractors engineering and assist expediting engineering support.
• Ensure the technically correct decisions are consistently made through the provision of POTS contractor engineering advice
• Be the focal contact point for CLIENTS request for emergency services such as troubleshooting, repair and identify/ suggest the required manpower, material to perform such services.
• Accelerate root cause analysis resolution by proactively supporting internally to move organization towards conclusion.
• Monitor POTS’s contractor works, ensure for the successful execution of scheduled, unscheduled outage and upgrade project implementation.
• Strictly follows and adheres to both CLIENTS and POTS Health Safety and Environment requirements.

The candidate shall meet the following requirements:

• Good experience in project management and organizational skills for maintenance work in refinery plant or power plant;
• Good negotiation, time management skills and business sense;
• Strong decision making ability and innovative to generate new ideas;
• Good problem solving and strategic thinking;
• Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum/petrochemical/ power plant materials and equipment;
• Good experience in maintenance work control and planning;
• At least five (5) years of experience in petroleum/ petrochemical plant/ power plant or equivalent with the same position.
