• Study technical accounting requirement of IFRS17 & 9; understand and analyses Group’s methodology, solution, user requirements to propose implementation plan for Finance in Vietnam.
• Lead aspects of transformation initiatives in Finance to ensure finance systems and process changes to be designed, tested and implemented in preparation of the new standards.
• Promote and lead change management and training activities for new standards, new system enhancement and process improvement.
• Play role as project manager for sub-projects which is leaded by Finance.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelors’ Degree in Finance and Accounting. Qualified Accountant ACCA, CPA.
• 6 to 10 years of related working experience in auditing, accounting, finance, and consultant. Experience in life insurance industry is advantage.
• In-depth knowledge in IFRS, VAS, insurance accounting standards and regulations.
• Experience in leading operation & business related changes, project management. High appetite for changes and challenging status quo. Change management experience is advantage.
• Good communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders, excellent teamwork abilities.
• Strong planning, organizing skills, details oriented, critical thinking, problem solving, skills in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks.
• Proficient command of spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Access/Power Point), knowledge of VBA and SQL is advantage.
