The Manager, FCT Services will assure FCT’s being set up as planned and operating smoothly and in compliance with FWD’s and regulatory governance.
The Job:
- Monitor target markets with AA and AD to assure planned FCT be opened as soon as there is a qualified candidate;
- Coordinate with Property Management, Procurement to assure timely rent and fitting-out;
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounting to assure all costs/expenses are within budget and approved;
- Prepare monthly FCT Performance Report;
- Make monthly payment of service fee to FCT and all FCT-related payment (if any);
- Control FCT Budget;
- Assure integrity and compliance to FWD’s internal guidlines within the team, assure FCT document be filed and accessible;
- Prepare/review/revise FCT Opertional Manual periodically or when required;
- Other assignments from Reporting Manager (if any)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in the role of General Agency Support/Development as Team Head or similar;
- Knowledge of legal and accounting principles, risk awareness;
- Budget control;
- Writing skill to draft legal documents other than contract templates and writing FCT operating manual;
- Understanding of standard business practices;
- Communication and influencing skill, able to work with agency/FCT/GA Director;
- Fluent in English
- Advanced proficiency in process management, risk management, budget control;
- Leadership skill;
- Proficient with standard software (e.g. MS Office)
- Understand business drivers and strategic business vision
