Mô tả công việc
As a Manager in Executive Search and Selection (ESS) team you will be leading a small to medium size team of professional ESS consultants. You will be the person in charge of one assigned industries or business functions for which you will perform ESS assignments on senior levels.
You will actively support the talent development of your team in terms of professional skills and personal development. Building on both the managerial and financial results achieved, you grow your team in size and quality. You focus on developing and maintaining long term relationship with both the clients and candidates and arising business opportunities.
As part of our management team you enjoy generating and implementing improvement initiatives and participate in project teams.
Finance
- In charge of a team revenue target
- Strategize with other managers to accomplish business growth goals and target set for you own team and the whole department
- Follow up payment of customers
Business Development
- Start to build market visibility in the assigned industry
- Develop and grow client base by selling our services, specifically by obtaining high potential job orders for your (and other ESS) team(s)
- Make sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
- Negotiate fees and contract terms with clients
- Be responsible for solidifying TalentNet’s presence in the local market place through consistent participation in networking organizations and events
- Identify key accounts and maximize opportunities with them.
Process/ Function Executive Search
- Actively manage client expectations before delegating assignments to consultants
- Recruit top professionals, interview and identify opportunities for these candidates
- Provide on-going and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added services like career guidance.
- Maintain ongoing contacts with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure exceptional customer service
- Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Explore additional opportunities through contact with candidates and clients to grow the business and job opportunities for our candidates
- Initiate various channels for candidate approaches and maximizing the candidate pool in the assigned industry
- Be an involved and proactive member of the ESS management team, critically assessing management information and proposing creative/effective solutions for challenges the team faces or trying to avoid.
- Exchange timely and necessary information for the Back office in daily activities to fulfill their tasks; ensuring good coordination with the Back Office in delivering the high and consistent quality to the candidates and clients.
- Proactively act as an advisor to the Back Office in aligning certain standard requirements of the whole ESS department regarding the process & system, efficiency, reporting etc.
Learning & Growth
- Lead the team of professional consultants and database support
- Develop and provide coaching and training activities for staffs such as interviewing skills and others.
- Provide coaching and training for the staff members to ensure they are going the right direction and are effective and efficient in achieving their financial KPIs as well as improving their competencies.
Major challenges
- Make sure the team can reach the set target monthly, quarterly, yearly
- Provide quality service to customers
- Develop and enlarge the pool of candidates
- Develop and maintain a team culture where professionals can learn, be engaged and have fun.

- Bachelor’s degree/Master Degree in any fields in preferably human resources or business management.
- Proven experience in effectively leading a team of professionals
Experience
- Essential: 6-8 years of working experience in human resources management, human resources services or as line manager for a particular industry with additional HR knowledge and experience.
- Desirable Experience working in another executive firms is desirable
Abilities/Skills
- Strong management skills
- Ability to coach, train and develop staff members.
- Ability to negotiate and motivate effectively with staffs and clients
- Ability to work in professional manner and with multiple deadlines
- Effective communication skills, written and verbally in both Vietnamese and English
