Manager, Compliance Culture, Training and Data Privacy

Reports to: Head of Compliance
Work Location: Hanoi City
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
• Successfully building and promoting the Compliance culture in the team, employee and the Company’ sales forces.
• Successfully building and control the compliance program on data privacy to ensure data privacy risk is efficiently and effectively assessed, mitigated and controlled.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Risk & Compliance Culture (30%)
• Assist Head of Compliance in developing a road map of actions necessary to build a strong culture of ethics, risk and compliance across AIAV
• Carry out company-wide communications/ awareness activities around culture initiatives
• Develop and manages a variety of culture initiatives in partnership with department heads, distribution channels
• Create and maintain a Dashboard for Culture with measurable metrics for success and improvement opportunities
Compliance training (35%)
• Develop, monitor compulsory on-line/ classroom risk & compliance training
• Deliver training to staff/ intermediary to ensure understanding of their responsibilities and ethics and risk/compliance obligations
Data Privacy (20%)
• Be a privacy expert to and advise department in designing privacy-respecting processes, and solutions
• Partner with IT Security and other departments to review third party, new products, form to collect PII, campaign and processes for privacy purpose
• Assess privacy incident and collaborate with other department to respond to incident concisely and in timely manner
• Oversight the implement of data privacy policy and document retention policy
Others (15%)
• Participate in Compliance review
• Other responsibilities as may be assigned by Head of Compliance from time to time.

• Education – A bachelor degree
• Experience – At least 7 years of experience in training of which 3 years in Manager role.
• Excellent training and activity- designing skills
• Strong communication, influence & change management skills
• Good time management skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of English and Vietnamese, both written and oral
