- Managing the daily operations for a number of assigned operation of sales, distribution, 3/4PLs for clients; interacting with Clients and coordinating with internal DKSH function depts to facilitate the daily commercial operations. Business review meetings with Clients and building relationship with Clients.Support for VAS upsell.
- Coordinate with 3PL,4PL Client/s, and to help to coordinate internal functions and local partners to facilitate the business growth in win win situation
- Work with function depts to improve client services
- Work as main contact for Sales and Distribution for Clients on cross function issues, gap of services if any, ad hoc projects, and critical issues
- Drive the Business review meetings with the assigned Clients and Management Business review reports for Clients
- Drive the improvement of Clients services by work out with internal Department on SLA and KPIs with internal Dept. on cross function issues for key Clients (follow up and assessment with Department on set SLA and KPIs on cross function issues)
- Maintaining an in-depth and up-to-date understanding of client business drivers, strategies and priorities, organizational structure, P&L of relevant Clients and business environment for the strategic KAM and provide qualitative insight to support Clients business operation and or support actions to GM/ BD team on renewal phase of Clients
- Coordinate with internal Depts/local partner for critical issues of key customers that impact to Clients business
- To develop and maintain relationships with senior positions in clients organization
- Overseeing the development of client presentations, assist presentation team in preparation / rehearsals for business meetings with Clients
- Coordinate with 3PL,4PL Client/s, and to help to coordinate internal functions and local partners to facilitate the business growth in win win situation
