Mô tả công việc
The Job:
a. Lead the review and optimization of business quality including internal sales processes, sales systems and tools ..etc in order to support both FSC/BSM and Referrers at required standards
b. Manage the performance management in providing, business analytics information towards the set key business parameters , to the sales team and work closely with sales team to drive improvements
c. Support and coordinate partnership digital initiatives with internal distribution digital and external partners and other internal partnership sales related projects

The Person:

b. Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
c. Good in communication, fluent in EN is a plus
d. Similar experience in banking and insurance industries with min 5 years of experience
e. Dynamic, out-of-the box thinking, easy to adapt to new situation
