Mô tả công việc
1. Monthly Dealer Score Card (DSC) on outlet level
• Implement integrated DSC adapting current business situation to regularly monitor operational performance of each Dealership
• Participate in and lead stakeholder meetings to discuss new features and capture business requirements and other concerns or feedback
• Consult with relevant Business Units regarding respective KPIs
• Engage with Stakeholder to conduct performance review and enhancement through customized action plan
2. Monthly Dealer Profitability Report on outlet level
• Monthly extract data to work on dealer profitability report
• Focus on main KPIs in line with HUB to do the analysis, Work with Dealer’s Management & MBV BUs
• Drill down to dealers to classify bottom performing dealers
3. Monthly Dealer Performance Management (DPM)
• Work closely with HUB to implement DPM in line with Oversea concept
• Work with Dealer’s Partner to release the result, root cause analysis and debottlenecking issues, where required and involve in consulting to improve Business Efficiency
4. Monthly Global Business Management System (GBMS) Management on outlet level
• Implement financial report of dealers breakdown on outlet level
• Train Dealers to use GBMS
• Develop DMS-GBMS interface after DMS Go-live nationwide
• Define Retail Benchmark for Vietnam market
5. Annual Dealer Margin System Set-up and Quarterly Pay-out on outlet level
• Annually support Head of Network Development in terms of Dealer Margin System Set-up and adaptation of regional central concept and local framework.
• Work with Sales, Marketing to develop Margin methodology & process. Consolidate Variable Margin System and Sales Target Agreement Sign-Off
• Quarterly calculate Variable Margin: Margin Turnover Retail Sales Target Achievement, consolidate qualitative resolution
• Process Variable Margin Payout (Quarterly), get required approval from MBV, HUB, HQ for Credit Note Approval, Payment Request, Margin Agreement.
6. Others
• Be fluent in project feasibility to evaluate projects, instruct and support Dealers on how to use the tool to make Business Plan for newly open Projects
• Research market parameters with Retail Benchmark and relevant information to support Network Strategy Project
• Half yearly on-site Crosscheck COMSYS retail with real invoices
• Check GBMS report with Financial report, Workshop Analysis, COMSYS on-site and off-site

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Graduated in Finance/Accounting or related field with 3-year experience. Prefer working experience in Finance or in Network Retail Development , Automotive Industry
• Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting
• Good English and Vietnamese communication
• Good manner of MS Office such as Excel, Word, Power Point
• Desire to complete projects with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Good skills of Communication, Interpersonal, Data Analysis, Customer Service and Time Management
• Ability to work independently. Demonstration of self-initiative qualifications and pre-requisite.
• Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting
• Good English and Vietnamese communication
• Good manner of MS Office such as Excel, Word, Power Point
