Management Trainee (Vietnam Region)

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive managerial and operational training program in Vietnam/ Cambodia:
* On-the-job training and coaching are to be provided through job attachments in assigned departments / functions such as Technical, Quality control, Industrial Engineering, Production Planning and Control Departments, etc.
* Professional and management training will be provided
* Mentors will be assigned to provide coaching and regular review

We are looking for Vietnamese young talents with the following qualifications:
* University Graduates/ Post-graduates in the disciplines of Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing / Garment Technology / Law/ Business Administration/ Chemistry/ Environmental are preferred
* Fresh graduated student is the most priority
* Possess good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility
* Capable to work both independently and in a team
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Can communicate in Chinese is a plus
* Willing to learn and learn fast
* Creative, leadership potential, can do attitude
* Passion to win and grow careers in Manufacturing
* Highly flexible and adaptable to new diversity cultures.
