Management Trainee (F&B)

- Functions as trainee in different functions of the hotel.
- Learns by doing hotel/ food and beverage related projects.
- Works with the Food and Beverage management team and associates to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while continuing learning food and beverage operations.

• Vietnamese fresh graduates of local or overseas universities/colleges, majoring in hotel/tourism management
• Obtain a good scholastic record (good and above)
• Have at least two internships in 5 star hotels during the education period
• Have at least a history of leadership roles in school or the community
• Able to initiate, plan and manage projects on schedule
• Able to analyze problems logically and recommend practical solutions
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Creative, energetic, passionate team player and willing to work in shifts and under high pressure
• Food and beverage career oriented
