Mô tả công việc
This position will be in charge of all activities related to Management Consulting for all client accounts in Ha Noi, especially all accounts within Openasia Group. He/she will examine the processes in place within a company and determine how to make those processes more effective, focusing specifically on the technological needs of the organization and must be aware of the latest computer technology to match the right programs and systems to the organization's needs.
1. Understanding customer requirements and business objectives
- Learn about the client's business challenges and technologies to understand their business and digital needs; interview company personnel
- Review internal client company data such as sales/customer reports, financial statements, payroll information,... or existing computer systems
2. Providing strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
- Depending on client needs, establish a proposal to client including recommendations on strategy, budgeting, organizational change, human resources, systems design and project implementation, and map out schedules, milestones, and required resources to meet the project objectives
- Determine and communicate the deliverables or results that will be delivered to the client upon project completion
3. Work closely with technical department to ensure proper development and implementation of technology solutions
4. Meet regularly with client to ensure the provided solution is working and well implemented + conduct trainings if necessary

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree or above; prefer in business,accounting, finance, management
- At least 05 years of consulting experience in various industries, preferably retail, hospitality/F&B with proven success;
- Fluent in English both writen and verbal communication;
- Proficiency in technology solutions, operating systems, database;
- Ready for extensive working hours and travelling
