POSITION & PURPOSE
This role is Management Accounting Manager. This position supports the Finance Controller to act as a Business Partner and cultivate effective relationships across the Country, providing expert financial input into the strategic decision-making process. Continually deliver analysis of and advice to Operation, both invited and uninvited
1. RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES
• Prepare and assist Finance Controller with the monthly financial reports package for Rheem Australia Pty Ltd.
• Prepare and assist Finance Controller with budget, planning and rolling forecast.
• Preparation and consolidation of annual sales forecasts and annual production schedule budget
• Identify and lead cost control activities related to BOM, plant and equipment – supervise costing.
• Manage budget, and actual capital and expenditure of major projects.
• Input of budget and capital plan into respective system(Bravo)
• Analysis of operations and profitability
• Development of various non-recurring executive presentations
• Development and management review of the business case and financial justifications for capital expenditure requests (e.g., cash flow, internal rate of return, lease versus buy…)
• Management of financial investments
• Development of dividend policies and plans
• Take part in to improve the Bravo finance control system and reporting efficiency in order to eliminate excel file reporting. Allow more time for investigative reporting.
• Support the profitable growth of the company by active participation in quality improvement processes.
• Identify, lead change management and system improvements to reduce operating variances and deficiencies in current processes.
• Provide information to department management, and assist in other functions as requested by the manager.
• IT coordinator support.

2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS.
• Previous experience with SAP, Oracle, or Bravo (company software)
• University degree in Accounting, Finance
• Advanced English
• Advanced IT skills
• At least 10 years of experience within a similar role, preferable in manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of all tax (CIT, PIT, VAT, Import tax etc.)
• Knowledge and experience in VAS and IAS
• Knowledge of 8D, Fishbone and 5-why problem solving
• An interest in developing & implementing organization development and culture change programs
• Sound administration and organization skills
• A strong ability to relate to all levels from shop floor to senior management
• Sound interpersonal, influence, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to set an objective, develop a plan and diligently implement
• Priority candidates for Binh Duong province
