Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for delivering accurate, timely and relevant management reports with analysis in business unit performance. Perform PEC related to management accounting area.
- To be responsible for controlling & decision support of respective P&L lines, business KPIs
- To coordinate for corporate planning and monitoring to ensure the achievement of financial objectives
- Ensure appropriate financial support related in an effective, timely and professional manner to meet business targets
- Management report:
+ Provide transparency on main business KPI’s across the entire Nestlé Organization via the establishment of standardized and relevant reports, dashboards and analysis (P&L) while maintaining accurate and timely financial records in full compliance with legal and corporate standards:
+ Complete, analysis and submission of Magnitude reports & Reporting to TH & Internal Management reports
+ Prepare business presentations
- Business Unit Shared Service Support: to provide standardized & centralized services for BU controllers/ Business Unit Heads in order for them to make strategic decisions through providing:
+ Selling Price Calculation (SPC) for new product, SPC replacement cost, Price list, Price registration (if any)
+ Consumer Promotion Evaluation: Pre & Post
+ Reporting: actual & planned P&L/ top line; PPP performance
+ Costing, analysis for both actual & planning
+ Support BU Controller to prepare necessary information using in the Monthly Business Planning Meeting (MSR, MGR, MFR)
- Corporate P&L line in charge
For the respective costs:
+ actual calculation & consolidation for monthly P&L
+ planning: MBS/ OPL/ Dynamic Forecast/ Monthly Sales Forecast
+ analysis
+ reporting: actual & planning
+ budget control
- Be a super user for area under responsibility (For example : WBS for PFME, CAPEX, CRM-FICO, RIG calculation, etc.) including perform testing of new functionalities delivered from GLOBE before implementation to NiM
- Specific requirement for Super User of COPA:
COPA master data related to system maintenance such as allocation rules, CO-PA derivation rules, regular data checks, and allocation/ distribution activities for P&L and BS. Integration with other functional applications (i.e. CRM, SD) and drive resolution of issues at source

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Accounting. MBA and/or CPA is an advantage
• 2-3 years experience in Business Analyst or Auditing
• FMCG Experience
• Share service Experience
• Good Command of English
