Mô tả công việc
• Monitoring and managing cash flows, making receipts and payment vouchers.
• Making weekly or monthly plan and reporting revenue-expenditure every week.
• Opening accounts at banks, making payment orders, depositing money into accounts, and checking accounts with bank books at the end of the month.
• Making proposals and monitoring advance payments, payments and debts; monitoring staff liabilities, urging employees to clear the advance payment.
• Preparing invoices, making sales vouchers, synthesizing sales revenue from sales reports.
• Tracking receivables and pay ables of customers and suppliers.
• Coordinating with the Project Division and Director to promote payment of customers and suppliers.
• Job details will be discussed during the interview process.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, or higher in Accounting/Finance or related fields
• Experiences: At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Experiences in a consulting firm is an advantage.
• Competencies/Skills:
- Good understanding about accounting principles
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Honest, careful, fast-learner
- Positive attitude, high pressure capacity
