Maintenance Supervisor

A Maintenance Supervisor has important role of ensuring the good condition of mechanical and electrical systems of the factory; in order to ensure the proper production activities.
- Make the maintenance plan, execute the maintenance plan to ensure the operation condition of all machinery, production system.
- Quickly react and solve any issues related to the machinery, production system.
- Cooperate with related people, teams in maintenance activities.
- Build the rules, policies, procedures of maintenance; train to subordinate and factory’s employee to ensure the good maintenance activities.
- Strictly follow the guide, the request, recommendation from the machinery’s manufacturer in machinery’s operation and maintenance.
- Strictly follow the guild, request, recommendation from management level, clients, government which help to improve, ensure the good operation of machinery.
- Manage the engineer/technical team in Vietnam Factory to ensure the people’s performance, compliance.
- Become good model to team, and lead team’s member to meet Arneplant’s culture and values.
- Other ad-hoc tasks be assigned by Factory Manager, Engineer Manager.
- Report directly to Factory Manager, Engineer Manager

- 5+ year in maintenance experience; 3+ year in supervisor role or similar role in manufacturing site.
- Good communicate in English, can work well in English.
- Skills of team management, motivation, training the colleagues.
- Proper behavior, supporting mindset, cooperation with other people to meet the best result or target of company, hard-work, smart-work.
- Can do attitude, proactive to find the best solution to any issue.

* Salary & Benefits
- Negotiate salary based on the experiences; with 13 month bonus.
- 6 days per week, 8 hours per day.
- Salary review once a year.
- Annual Leave is 12 days/year (using after probation period); the probation period is 60 days.

With this role, your interview process will be executed as follow steps:
- Round 1: Interview with HR, Factory Manager
- Round 2: Interview with Engineer Manager
Please note that we can separate or combine 2 rounds of interview based on our need and interviewed role.
