Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance supervisor is responsible for maintain high quality maintenance of all production machines, equipment and facilities in our factory.

o Provide services and maintenance of machines on site
• Preventive maintenance
• Machine breakdowns are kept at a minimum
• Continuous and accurate record of maintenance
• Follow manufacturer specifications for all machines and equipment
o Spare part management
• Maintain control and keep track on spare part management
• Keep spare part storage complete and up to date
o Manage contractors and suppliers for equipment and infrastructure
o Ensure all employees understand and follow company policies and procedures
o Lead the Team
• Efficient team work and cooperation with Production Team
• Assess training needs of staff and ensure execution of training and coaching team
• Annual Performance Evaluation of Staff
• Recruiting and training new hires for maintenance team

o University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, indistrial electricity engineering, mechatronic engineering or equivalent experience
o Minimum four years of work experience in a similar role in manufacturing industry
o Experience with Computer Control Systems on machines and dyeing and textiles machines
o Hands On experience, ability and willingness
o Project management experience is a plus
