Maintenance Supervisor

• Leads and manages the maintenance team with very high requirements in terms of safety and availability of machines included daily repairing, breakdown repairing and plan maintenance repairing.
• Set up KPIs of maintenance and follow up and implement accordingly.
• Applying Root cause analysis to implement and preventing the breakdown time of machine
• Provides functional support in case of extraordinary trouble/incident and difficult facility malfunction
• Trains the staff in terms of safety engineering
• Supports in case of overall changes and improvements
• Co-ordinates and supervises contractors activities with regard to maintenance, installation works, control as well as inspections
• Prepares/Adapts maintenance plan
• Supports with regard to preparation of operation instructions (i.e. risk assessment)
• Plan and lead to execution the TPM program to increase the reliability of all production machinery.
• Plan and manage the spare part and modification cost of all production machinery

• University degree with a technical background, preferably Master or Bachelor Engineering degree.
• Minimum 5 year experience in related fields is required to fulfill the requirements of this position (maintenance, facility & TPM and technical services).
• Proven track record in effective project, quality, cost, and time management skills.
• Sound leadership and communication skills (both English &Vietnamese).
• Proficient in English (written and oral).
• Continuous improvement (CI) mind-set, knowledge of CI methodology is beneficial (e.g. LEAN / Greenbelt).
• Competencies required: Collaboration skills
