Job Purpose:
• Responsible for the management of maintenance all public Factory units in order to ensure that units are maintained in a safe and reasonable manner;
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in a respectful and responsible way, ensuring that all decision and actions comply with the relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
• Supervise and lead maintenance staff is an effective manner and ensure the level of morale is maintained.
The main job responsibilities
* Get the Utility job requirements of the department manager assigned to the team.
* Distribution works to members of the team.
* Daily inspection of the Utility machines has been delivered.
* Participate in maintenance of Utility machines according to regular schedule.
* Proposed repair and improvement to ensure the machines are delivered efficiently and stable.
* Report the work status of the team and the status of machine for department management.

Necessary training, pre-job experience, skills and knowledge to perform the job:
- Needs education
+ College/ University graduated
+ Major: HVAC,M&E, Maintenance
- Prior work experience
+ Experiences: at least 5 years in Electric system and Utility / Experienced in Production Company (Over 27 years old)
- Skills & Knowledge
+ Good at English
+ Good at computer, communication, Solving problems, and teamwork skills.
- Reporting to: Mr. Choi - Korean Manager
And Ms. Ân - V. Manager
