Maintenance Staff

- Be responsible for maintaining and repairing the production line's machinery, plant equipment, tools and systems used in manufacturing, engineering and other industrial production processes such as Die of Casting / Stamping/Press.
- Keep and improve machines in a certain condition.
- Conduct periodic maintenance checks, planning equipment upgrades and machinery modifications, identifying faults, investigating equipment breakdowns and monitoring the performance of equipment after repairs have been carried out.
- Ensure uninterrupted, efficient and quality-driven production or plant operations
- Maintain and repair factory facilities such as building and factory power supply machine
- Make and report production preparation schedule according to each projects ( new model development projects / current model improvement projects / etc ).
- Conduct preparation of necessary process/ machine / equipment for projects
- Solve, take countermeasures, improve production problems, defects which are related to safety or working environment and to follow up countermeasure status.

- College/University graduate in Mechanical Engineering major
- Less than 35 years old
- Enough knowledge of Die Cast and Steel stamping/press, Tig welding, or relevant experience
- Good skill of repairing Die of Die cast or Steel stamping/press.
- Able to use 2D CAD, 3D sofware, Ms office
AND/OR
- Able to make PLC program, understand servo motor system and assembly production machines.
- Must have at least 1 year experience of working in maintenance with foreign manufacturing company
- Good skill of electrical circuit analysis and PLC program, mechanical analysis, hydraulic circuit analysis, pneumatic circuit analysis.
- And/Or good skill of operation of maintenance tool like a drilling machine or welding machine.
- Good command of speaking and writing English.
