Maintenance Scheduler

Basic Job Functions:
Provide technical and professional leadership to the maintenance team and manage the maintenance process & centralized maintenance management system (CMMS – MAXIMO.) Maintain PM, assets records and other pertinent data that is deemed necessary for department’s KPI. Publish information that has been reviewed, in a report format, on a routine basis.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Improve & sustain CMMS System & Spare MDM for DNM Site:
- Engaged in MDM Process for spare.
- Maintain Asset/Part associations within CMMS system
- Interface with Inventory Control and Purchasing on spare matters.
- Lead spare part Continuous Improvement efforts
- Maintain part picture library
- Process PM documentation & sustain work orders system

• Assist downtime planning process for manufacturing equipment
• Document departmental procedures, update as business processes change
• Perform non-routine requests arising from the audit functions
• Maintain asset records in the CMMS System:
- Create, update Asset Records
- Verify and tag assets
- Update mapping documentation
- Track rotating assets
- Communicate asset information to Finance

• Provide training where applicable to Maintenance team
• Responsible to interface with MES/IT to identify, brainstorm, create and implement Maintenance system & reporting improvement projects such as Shift report, Maximo scheduling, Work ordering closure & etc
• Participate in global maintenance forum for sustaining KPI review & improvement plan.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:
• Technical degree with minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field

Required Skills/Competencies:
• Excellent knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System software preferred.
• Good knowledge in maintenance planning process & spare management
• Efficient with Microsoft office such as Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Excellent Communication skills and good organizational skills.
• Business fluency in English and Vietnamese.
