Maintenance Officer – Specialized in Electrical

The Maintenance officer is responsible for the all production site maintenance included electricity, mechanic, refrigeration. The officer is also attending the small investment project definition and follow up. He is working alone under the factory manager responsibility, and coordinate some of the activities with external suppliers..
- He/ she is responsible for the preventive maintenance of all the equipment of the factory, implement the calibration
- He is responsible for the repairs, he is able to fix the main issues in the chocolate factory and he is sourcing the right suppliers to implement the fixing on specific machinery or problems.
- He is responsible to keep all the technical documentation and maintain the suppliers listing constantly up to date.
- The spare parts management and the specification for purchase are under his management.
- He is controlling the maintenance budget, propose the budget of the year optimize it ,
- He/ she is responsible to implement the good practice of equipment usage.
- He is involved in the investment project , civil work, external suppliers …
Support the factory manager on controlling the maintenance of the entire site, and to actively participate in the continuous improvement management (5 S, lean.) to support the all production.
- daily, weekly and monthly reporting

• Age: 25 - 30 years old
• Academic level: University Degree in mechanic or electric ,
• Experience: at least 3 years of experience in related position in an international company, food industry is preferred
• Language: English communication is better
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible with the tasks . working alone in a wide panel of problematic to solve.
• Database, ERP, computer skills/ is required for the spare part and PM management
• Problem solving skills.
