- Cooperate with machine and equipment suppliers in Vietnam, Thailand and another countries to solve trouble
- Analyze trouble and find solution to avoid it
- Cooperate with production division well
- Manage team members
- Other tasks assigned by General Manager
(Mission is decreasing 50% of idling time for trouble)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Age: more than 33 years old
- Working experience in manufacturing company especially machine, automotive and motorbike industry
- Having knowledge about maintenance field
- Can communicate with machine & equipment suppliers
- Having strong experience in managing staff
- Good English or Japanese communication skill
