Mô tả công việc
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance works to ensure these tasks in compliance with the Company standards and equipment manufacturer’s procedures by using Faciliwork software;
- Execute and monitor service requests from other departments as well as repair works when equipment or machines break down;
- Keep updated maintenance data and record in the system;
- Plan and supervise all suppliers’ maintenance services and contracts;
- Budget and control all expenses of Maintenance function;
- Plan purchase requests for spare parts;
- Be responsible for getting parts locally fabricated when necessary and spare parts inventory is in accordance with the Company policies;
- Liaise with Regional and Group Maintenance to implement new policies, requirements, campaigns…;
- Manage a group of maintenance members in assigned areas, provide technical guidance and training in diagnosing & performing repair/ maintenance tasks;
- Manage, coach and develop staff competences;
- Involve in improvement projects as initiator or member, follow installation/ upgrading equipment projects in current factory, new factory and remote warehouses (3)/ offices (4);
- Coordinate with other departments/ functions to ensure smooth operation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor of Engineering in Technical field (Mechanical and/ or Electrical);
- At least 8 years of experiences as Manager in Maintenance function of manufacturing environment;
- Knowledge of Ex (explosion-proof) equipment;
- Knowledge of ISO system (9001, 14001, 18001);
- Understanding HSE, 5S, LEAN, Continuous Improvement;
- Good at AutoCad and Microsoft Office;
- Good at analytical skills, systematic approach and responsibility;
- Good at English both writing and speaking;
- Good planning skills;
- Proactive in work;
- Strong communication skills;
- Team work spirit.

- Binh Duong Head Office (No. 1, Street 10, Song Than 1 IZ, Di An Town, Binh Duong Province).
- Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District, HCMC.
- Company shuttle van is provided.
