Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for the regular maintenance and keep record of all maintenance activities of the production machinery
- Ensure good functioning of machinery by setting up a reasonable stock of spare parts
- Prepare schedule for preventive maintenance, set up and file all the PMR sheets
- Organize activities of the off-line maintainers
- Propose projects and technical changes with objective to improve the production process
- Select, propose and supervise the technical service contractors
- Prepare technical training manuals for newcomers
- Report all technical deviations and shortcomings of the machines to the Engineering Manager
- Other tasks assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Living in Binh Duong (priority near to Ben Cat town)
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5-year experience in high precision machinery or tooling
- Able to draw with AutoCAD
- Able to read and understand technical manuals
- Fluent in English
- Experience of working in manufacturing company
- Experience of working as Supervisor/Team Leader
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proactive and creative
- Honest, agile, careful, patient
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering
