Maintenance Engineer

* JOB SUMMARY
- Support/advise all Maintenance’s activities
- Responsible for smooth operations of all equipment and machineries in ensuring continuous production operations
- Provides efficient equipment & facility solutions spanning from planning.
- Support Six Sigma/VAVE/ ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001

* KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREA
- TPM implementation and improvement
- Spare parts control
- Autonomous, Preventative and predictive maintenance
- Tooling and equipment support
- ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001 conformance

* RESPONSIBILITY
- Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment and machineries to ensure continuous production operations.
- Ensures that all plant equipment and instruments were calibrated accord with the required plans/schedule
- Coordinates with the external contractors in relation to the maintenance, repairs and installation of plant machineries and equipment necessary for production
- Responsible in planning, scheduling and implementation of all engineering related transactions
- Support Six Sigma/VAVE/ ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001
- Other responsibilities as required

* QUALIFICATION (Education level, year experience in specific field, sex, age, training needs, special ability)
- Physical Ability: Sex Male or Female Age 22 years old up
- Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 0-2 years in factory environment
- Training Need: TPM, PLC programs, ISO/TS16949 & ISO 14001, Technical English
- Special Skill Ability: Computer skill, Good Command in English, Understanding of ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001

- Base Salary: 800$ - 1200$/months + 2 Month KPI Bonus
- Mobile allowance: VND 300,000/month
- Transportation: Van pick up from Haiphong center to Factory
