Maintenance Engineer

- Participates in production meeting and receive order from managers;
- Making working plan and assignment within maintenance section;
- Supervise maintenance and repairing process and provide support and guidance for another sections;
- Directly repair and maintain machines, equipment;
- Check and calculate the need of spare-parts or tools for purchasing new ones;
- Summary the maintenance parameters and record the maintenance history;
- Cooperate with sub-contractors to carry out the repairing and construction on site, and learn from their experiences;
- Follow up the machine and equipment under guarantee period,
- Update the machines and equipment into maintenance plan after the guarantee period is expired.
- Manage the manpower in the mainteance section
- Make reports and provides solutions or suggestions related to maintenance Jobs to enhance the production capacity and product quality;
- Be responsible for maintenance and repairing quality of the whole Company.

- Candidate must obtain at least Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master or MBA is a plus).
- Have ability to repair, maintain and improve the machines, equipment in heavy industry and other systems such as hydraulic system, air compressors, forklifts, cranes, oil and gas supply, etc.
- Have ability to read the technical drawing, and draw the detail or a part of the machines.
- At least 3 years of working experience with above-mentioned assignment or the same position in manufacturing environment, preferably the metallurgical industry.
- Strong ability to grasp and effectively use technical concepts and technical information;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Required language(s): English/ Japanese, especially ability to read technical book.
- CV in English/ Japanese

- Have ability to design and manage the power network for office and Factory. Repair and maintain electronic equipment within the factory.
- Have ability to interact with computer – Using computer system (including hardware and software) to program, set up functions, and enter data or process information.
- Have ability to program/control and manage PLC, microchip and inverter.

- Working time: 08:00 – 17:00
- Number of working day per month: 23 days on average
- 13th month salary for employee who has severance period of full 12 months.
