Maintenance Engineer

LOCATION : Go Dau Industrial Zone,Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province
REPORTS TO : Operation & Logistics Manager

PURPOSE:
All the systems, equipment of terminal were maintained properly by maintenance activities.
This position will provide the maintenance services to the terminal facilities with safety, cost, quality, time, and integrity standards. All the systems, equipment of terminal were maintained properly by maintenance activities.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance department. This includes managing the upkeep of all manufacturing assets, managing maintenance budget and resources and assisting in the design and installation of new systems
- Working with Shell maintenance team to maintain the utility supply for Go Dau Terminal
- Supervise and monitor all contractors go to Go Dau for maintenance or project implement.
- In addition, this position is involvement to some projects at site as designer, supervisor, leader,…depend on scope of project.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLE:
- Take care the maintenance task to all the facilities system at Go Dau site: electric system, filling drum, tank farms, pipe line, valve, radar, forklift, pump, …
- Create and carry out the Repair, Preventive maintenance ( include urgent, period & Annual calibration) for all system, equipment of terminal , ensure all critical system have not interrupt or shutdown
- Calibration, set up and adjustment for all measured equipment at site
- Manage spare part, order (PR) for replacements as required
- Provide, monitoring and control budget for maintenance cost.
- Providing technical advice within delegated authority. Supply all requirement about specification, standard, new requirements necessary
- Provide a draft of purchasing proposal for internal audit and send the final / agreed purchasing proposals to OM for approval.
- Training to operator the machine’s operation, new process and basic maintenance.
- Monitor the process, testing, manage the contractor, training and supervise to contractor when they work at terminal
- Ensuring that HSE standards are compiled not only for internal staff but also to the contactor/supplier when they come to terminal for working.
- Monitor and control Document process (procedure, work instruction, drawing, form, history book..), update or revise if any changing.
- Report working status, spare part,…weekly, monthly..
- Find out the solution to develop and improve the system
- Planning and carrying out of minor engineering projects connected to modification and upgradation of facilities, processes and equipment.
- Analyses the performance of system, consumable, cost of maintenance to have the develop, improvement
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Operation manager

- Graduated from University with major in Industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering or Electrical Automation engineering field
- Have at least 3 years working experience in field of maintenance
- Read and understand well technical English.
- Work in team, hard; willing to work overtime if needed
- Trouble solving and analysis skill
- Knowledge in reading and understanding PLC
- Have Technical knowledge & education of chemical.
- Computer literate, a little knowledge about IT system.
