KEY RESPONSABILITIES
1. Maintain and repair tools and machines in factory
2. Make schedule of prevention maintenance program (PLC) and keep up-to-date and follow up the maintenance schedules.
3. Get technical handover from suppliers
4. Participate in process and machinary improvement
5. Spare parts and data management
6. Budgeting plan for maintenance and investment machinary
DUTIES
1 Maintain and repair tools and machines
• Be presented to fix issue and solved recurrent problems on machines, tools when it occurs (pasteurizer, coffee roaster, packaging-machine...)
• Work with other engineering staffs to act as a team
• Train workers on common problems for issue diagnosis
• Report machines problems, advise solutions
2. Make schedule of prevention maintenance program (PLC)
• Read, correct, copy and set up software from PLC program of machine
• Train maintenance staff know how to use and adjustment on PLC
• Set up procedule how to check electrical and electronic parts controlled (PLC, inverter, sensor etc..)
• Keep up-to-date and follow up the maintenance schedules
3. Get technical handover from supplier
• Follow and participate installation of new machines
• Get technical handover as request
4. Participatory in process and machine improvement
• Help to find out solutions of machinary to improve capacity, efficiency, cost, safety.
• Carry out modifications that could help workers
5. Spare parts and data management
• Manage stock of machine's spare-part: evaluate, order, create and update file...
• Help to have a computer follow-up of machines
6. Budgeting plan for maintenance and investment machinary
Reporting to Factory Maintenance Manager, Factory Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree with major in electronical, or auto electrical industrial control or equivalent
• At least two years related experience
• Knowledge in Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical
• Languages: Vietnamese & English
