Supervise all M&E team and control the activities of maintenance & engineerings; maintain all facilities and equipment in good condition and minimize any discontinuity which affects business operations

DETAILED SCOPES
Facility and asset management
- Manage M&E staff to timely correct unplanned breakdowns and incidents
- Plan and direct inspection of all equipment & facilities on an appropriate periodical basis (daily/weekly/monthly) to ensure its working conditions and prevent damages (wiring system, air-conditioners, refrigeration, kitchen machinery & equipment, cold/ hot water supply and distribution, sewage/ waste water disposal, grease separation, audio/ video equipment, fire alarm, water, telephone, television systems, etc.)
- Direct and schedule staff to maximize coverage and service level and tool time (time spent on the job)
- Propose maintenance solutions (both ad-hoc and planned) for company assets, restaurant equipment and facilities
- Develop and maintain the company’s asset register to monitor condition, details of planned and unplanned maintenance and service timeline.
- Develop and execute an efficient spare management plan to minimize down time as well as inventory cost.
- Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, cost and timeliness of work committed


New project
- Estimate quantity/ pricing and prepare tender documents where required
- Review M&E categories in new restaurant project

General management
- Propose, obtain approval and manage the M&E department budget
- Perform general administrative functions within the department such as record keeping, establishment of working procedures, manuals, and etc.
- Develop standard documents on shift duties and M&E logbook
- Selects, trains, develops, and motivates M&E staff
- Perform other related tasks as required by the BOD
