Maggi Consultant Chef

The job incumbent will be responsible for both internal and external business activities, customer events, and training. This position will serve as a culinary
support resource for the brand with below details:
- Develop food applications for new products and service pillars
- Turn consumers and customers needs for the finished dishes into packaged product features and work closely with R&D team along product development process
- Hold various training programs and marketing events with consumers and customers
- Advise sales force on product specifications & food applications
- Develop and maintain relationships with chef association and food services customers
- Maintain knowledge of market trends and culinary products

- 3+ year experience as Chef Consultant or in the food service industry
- Cuisine expertise: Vietnamese cuisine is a must; other cuisines will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of the condiments and interested in culinary technical knowledge
- Good communication skills both in Vietnamese & English
- Strong creativity and customer-service approach
- Good planning and organizational skills with multitasking abilities
- Desire to be a full-time Chef Consultant
