Machinery & Equipment Engineer

1. Equipment management
- Update and complete machinery and equipment documents assigned.
- Make list and propose to buy essential alternative accessories for the purpose of maintenance and repair of assigned machinery and equipment.
- Establish norms, regularly inspect and report the use of equipment including equipment status, material consumption norms, labor norms…
- Plan and control the use, cleaning, maintenance of Construction teams in using equipment.
- Carry out reports, preparing the records of equipment management, maintenance and repair properly.
- Update the list of maintenance supplies, repair and processing, equipment costs, diesel oil costs and related expenses…
- Control the equipment safety and direct the construction units to ensure the conditions of site equipment safety
- Track inspection of equipment and manage equipment insurance: review the equipment list of the company, check the inspection period, the insurance period of each equipment, make the inspection request and submit it to the superior level for approval and implementation.
- Provide inspection records, equipment insurance per request.
- Join inventory equipment periodically according to the company’s regulation.
2. Repair, maintenance, erection of machinery and equipment.
- Receive requirement of repairs, replacement and erection of equipment from related departments.
- Join assessment of equipment condition and conformity of the requirements to make proper plans.
- Check the quality of alternative materials before using and making repairs.
- Implement the erection and finishing machines as required
- Submitting dossiers and making payment and settlement of related expenses: making quotations, estimating and compiling dossiers of settlement and dossiers of completion of repair work, processing and erection of equipment with parties involved. - Perform accounting-related work: advance, cash management and balance sheet…
3. Exploit common equipments
- Receive the needs of using equipment inside and outside the company, check, analyze needs, recommend norms to submit to the manager of department for considering.
- Monitor, update, check machine logs as well as costs incurred, problems, daily affairs.
- Synthesize settlement records with related parties
4. Manage relevant records and carry out necessary administrative procedures related to the work of the department.

- Graduated from the University of the construction industry, mechanical engineering, machinery, construction equipment
- Fluent in English majors
- Have ability to read and understand the technical criteria of the machinery
- Analyze, synthesize, make and control plan: Excellent

- 3 years’ experience in related field
