Mô tả công việc
Main responsibilities:
• Execution formation with Project Manager/Site Manager
• Constructability study and plan, coordinate with project engineer and other related departments
• Liaise with architects, consultants and contractors
• Review shop drawing and material submission from contractors
• Liaise with contractors on works schedule and progress reports
• To check and ensure that quality of works is carried out in accordance to regulations, specs and standards of local authority/contract.
• Report to Project Manager/Site Manager any potential incidents of work scope that could have a cost and time impact
• Inspection of the quality and progress of the contractors
• Prepare reports as required
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Background in civil, mechanical
• Working as construction supervisor more than 5 years at site for high-rise building
• Having capability and experience of subcontracting is advantage
• Fluency in English (4 skills)
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Problem solving skill
• Good communication skill
• High responsible spirit
