Detail Description:
- Conduct Design Reviews during each phase of the design period;
- Perform pre-construction, construction and post-construction Inspection Works, ensuring the works are completed correctly, and maintain inspection records of all works, and prepare and submit reports;
- Review Drawings, Specifications and Contractors’ Work Program, anticipate potential problems and propose feasible solutions to mitigate delays, defects and non-conformances;
- Review and check the Construction Method Statement submitted by the Contractor for its accuracy and precision prior to its submission to the Design Consultants for approval and prior to rendering of the actual works;
- Review and check the shop drawings for the accuracy of its content, completeness, and that all proposed works conform with the design intent, drawings and specifications prior to submission to the Design Consultants;
- Ensure compliance of the Contractor and the Document Control has made available only the most up to date drawings and confirm they are used by the Project Team;
- Implement testing and commissioning procedures for project;
- Assist the Quantity Surveyors in the preparation of Bills of Quantities;
- Prepare Monthly and as required Progress Reports for submission to the Project Director;
- In close coordination with the Project or Construction Manager and the Quantity Surveyor, prepare and submit reports on monthly valuation of works in progress of on-site or off-site works showing over-all project and per Work Package accomplishments.

- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in either Mechanical, Electrical or Sanitary Engineering;
- Has been directly involved from the start until completion of the design and construction of similar project or at least 02 high-rise buildings;
- At least ten (10) years of continuous experience in Project Management and QA/QC activities with primarily Mechanical experience, and with Electrical, Plumbing and Life Safety Systems for Building Design and Construction experience
