Mô tả công việc
Promote all Mitsubishi Electric products and technologies for Building: HVAC, LVS, UPS, Elevator/ Escalator, BMS, Digital Screens, Solar PV, etc., by:
• Visit potential customers in Buildings industry such as Project Owner, General Constructor, Sub-constructor, Buildings designer and consultant, etc., to introduce Mitsubishi Electric’s solutions for Buildings, and to identify the customer’s demand.
• Deliver the detail specification for related package tender of each project by collaborating with other business section in our company.
• Deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunities by collaborating with Mitsubishi Electric group companies.
• Being Person in contact for potential project between our company and project manager.
• Identify potential clients and decision makers within the client organization. Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers; Research & build relationships with new clients.
• Handle related tasks including but not limited to document preparation, translation, etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor/ Master Degree of Power Distribution, Automation/ Electrical Equipment/ Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience in providing technical service in Building Industry
• Candidate who has experience on UPS sales/ service and Data Center is preferred.
• Candidates who hold project management/ bidding certificate for construction is preferred
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written skills are required.
• Ability to manage multi-tasks and projects.
• Ability to build up relationships with partners.
• Proactive candidate with a can-do attitude.
• At least 5 years experience in providing technical service in Building Industry
