Mô tả công việc
*** Vị trí tuyển cho dự án Đồng Nai WaterFront - Dự án liên doanh giữa Nam Long và Keppel Land Vietnam
* MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and supervise the project's project development process on schedule, safety, quality & cost approved of the M&E packages.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to control, accept and finalize
- Build relationships with the relevant departments and units to ensure the construction activities on schedule, design, quality and timely solving problems.
- Plan bidding plan, signing contract of M&E packages
* KRA:
- Build and deploy details of construction progress of the M&E works of the projects (total progress, component project schedule, item progress ...) according to the approved plan of the Board of Directors.
- Build and deploy construction & supervision management plans to ensure that the project works comply with the approved quality, schedule & budget.
- Coordinate with construction design management department to provide, comment & timely adjust the design of electromechanical construction projects
- Coordinate with contract management department in controlling volume, payment of M&E packages of projects
- Collaborate with the quality management department in the supervision & quality management at the project to ensure the quality, hygiene & labor safety plan of the M&E packages of the projects.
- Set and analyze reports in order to make recommendations and timely solutions to problems arising during construction and after construction of M&E packages of projects.
- Build relationships with the relevant departments and units to ensure the construction activities on schedule, design, quality and timely solving arising problems.
- Strictly comply with the company's training plan to meet the professional development capacity.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Qualification:
o Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành cơ điện, tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm
o Bachelor in M&E, at least 10 year experience
o M&E construction supervision certificate
o Certificate of related specialized software
2. Working Experience:
o At least 5 working year experience at the same level
3. Functional Competency
- Construction supervision
- Construction project management
- Knowledge about contract D&B
- Time management, work planning
- Teamwork skill
- Communication, negotiation skills
- Ability to solve problem flexibly and sharp.
