M&E Executive (Chuyên Viên Cơ Điện-Bảo Trì)

**Working place: Gamuda Land Vietnam, Yen So Park, Phap Van, Hoang Mai, HN

A) JOB PURPOSE (OVERALL ACCOUNTABILITY) :-
1. To ensure all the mechanical and electrical systems (M&E) installed in the buildings and parks are in good operating conditions at all times
2. To ensure service delivery in implementing all the M&E maintenance and repairing works are completed in a timely manner and meet the established quality standards

B) MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS.
1. To prepare the mechanical and electrical systems (M&E) maintenance plan and standards. To organize work schedule for the building technician and electrician
2. To carry out regular scheduled inspections of the M&E systems located in the buildings and parks. To submit report on their conditions and recommend remedial actions
3. To prepare work specification, cost estimates and tender documents for M&E maintenance and repairing works, invites quotations/tenders, evaluate, negotiate and recommend to management for approval.
4. To execute, supervise and monitor technicians and contractors engaged for M&E maintenance and repairing works. To ensure the works are completed on time and quality meeting the established standards.
5. Undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Department
6. Open and transparent communication
7. Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience
8. Willing to do other site works when required
9. Ability to carry out daily maintenance checks on truck and notify supervisor of any issues

I. EDUCATION :
Mechanical/Electrical Degree Holder
II. EXPERIENCE :
4-5 years experiences in Electrical maintenance works, able to read drawing, using Autocad software.
Good working knowledge related to construction and property development, English communication skills.
III. SPECIAL ABILITIES :
Hard working, trustworthy,careful, able to work independently,
