Mô tả công việc
Design development:
• To work closely with architect, project manager and related staff to support the development of ME related design, construction work for a project.
• To produce, develop and review related M&E detailed drawings and specifications from which costing are made
Construction project management: within the authorized responsibility and under the supervision of Project Manager
• To work closely with contractors on site ensuring that M&E related works are carried out to specific standards and that any problems that arise are quickly resolved.
• To work with contractors/ suppliers for site supervision ensuring that the ME related work in charge is running in accordance with the approved design/ specification and within the approved project schedule/ plan.
• To carry out M&E defect inspections and attend promptly and efficiently to any problems that might occur during construction, installation, and completion process of the project.
• Responsible for the planning, and maintaining the Mechanical & Electrical system including repairing of any defects and damages to the system.
Renovation management: within the authorized responsibility and under the supervision of Branch Manager
• to carry the M&E renovation work for existing campus (including but not limit to the M&E system, facilities and equipment)
• Responsible for the planning, and maintaining the Mechanical & Electrical system including repairing of any defects and damages to the system of the assigned campus.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum Degree: electrical engineer
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in same position (M&E engineer) in construction field
• Strong motivation with the sense of urgency and the strong urge to secure projects
• To be able to handle stress and to deliver various tasks in tight timeline
• Willing to travel for business trip
• English: minimum B1 level
• Priority is given to candidates having certificates of design electrical system, construction management, construction supervision.
